Counseling
We provide services and programs/activities tailed to refugees migrating to Winnipeg. Generally, refugees have experienced many extremely stressful events including truma and they required help/healing. This is because of political or religious oppression, war, migration, and resettlement.
It is difficult to define all of the types of events refugee have suffered because trauma often precedes the primary war-related event that causes them to flee.
“For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.” (Mark 10:45).
Ministry Serving
Serving is one of the fundamental programs/activities at SCHCCSAH. Currently, we are looking for a more expansive space that can take more than 600 people for Church activities such as
Youth Ministry
Our youth ministry is an age-specific group that caters to getting youth involved in faith-based activities and spiritual awakening. We encourage youth involvement within the church and the community as ambassadors for Christ as they grow and begin to learn and have more experiences
Kids learn church is a fun, safe place, develop relationship with trusted adults, and connects with other kids,
Sunday School Ministry
SCHCCSAH provides Sunday school classes that usually precede a Sunday service and are used to give catechesis to children and teenagers. We teach the kids about the life of Jesus might generally be an opportunity to place the light, but a more interactive getting the kids involved in telling the story themselves.
Women Ministry
At SCHCCSAH, women gather to meet their spiritual needs, which helps them grow in their faith in Jesus Christ. It is an opportunity for women to serve in an environment where they will develop their ministry gifts, skills, and strengths and expand their leadership capacity.
Connect and equip women so that they are empowered to influence their world for Jest Christ.
We preach to inmates through Bible teachings, Prayer meetings, visitations, and follow-ups.
Prison & Hospital Ministry
Then the Lord said. “If My people want to know where they are needed, tell them they are needed in the streets, the hospitals, the missions, and the prisons. When they come there, they will find Me and the next move of’ My Spirit.”. . . I was in prison, and you came to me.” (Matthew 25:36)
